It’s Impossible to get All Your Nutrients from Food! I wish I could tell you to eat a balanced diet and that’s all you would need to be healthy, but I can't. Frozen food, when cooked, lost 83% of their nutritional value and after cooking canned food, practically nothing was left -- 95% of the nutrients were gone. Many scientific food studies have concluded that even if you ate a perfectly balanced diet, you will have nutritional deficiencies.
