Ten Minutes A Day Keeps The Wrinkles Away
I’ve used this simple skin care routine for over 25 years and my skin looks great at 61(most people Think I’m in my 40’s). It only takes 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night with my incredible ULTRA ALOE CARE SYSTEM to produce fabulous face-saving results. Each step has a signigicant purpose and is accomplished with it’s own unique incredients, so don’t skip any of them!! It only takes 28 days for new skin cells to reach the facial surface. Morning 5 Minutes
Step I – Exfoliate: When you awake your face is full of dead skin cells that cause dry scaly patches a dull surface appearance and enlarged pores. Exfoliation with our mild Honey Jojoba Scrub removes dead skin buildup and leaves the skin clean, soft, and smooth Simply squeeze a nickel sized amount of Honey Jojoba Scrub into a wet washcloth. Use small circular strokes beginning in the middle of the forehead buffing outward to hairline on each side. Continue down each side of nose across cheeks to hairline on each side. Then finally to chin working upward along each jawline to ear. Rinse thoroughly.
Step II – Balance:
After exfoliation the skin has been stripped of its acid mantle, the invisible skin shield that protects the body from invasive bacteria and germs. The chemicals in our water system like chlorine strip our skin of valuable minerals and dehydrates as well.. So it is very important not to skip this vital step Balance step. Not only does our Toning Mists pH balance the skin that restores the acid mantle, it also re-mineralizes the skin with our exclusive Mineral Blend of Copper, Zinc, Manganese, Iron, and Selenium. Re-hydration is accomplished with our unique Aloe Vera concentrate, Hyaluronic Acid (known as the water reservoir), and Glycosminoglycans. Using the fine mist sprayer, spritz toner on forehead, cheeks, and chin. Blend with fingertips to promote penetration. You may also spray toning mist into a cotton ball and smooth on using upward and outward strokes.

Step III – Preserve: Now the skin is ready to receive anti-aging serums, cellular boosters, and youth promoting treatments that preserve the skin. Phyto-Tox Serum softens surface furrows on the forehead, between the eyes, around the mouth, and along cheeks. Place a few droplets in the palm and rub in with fingertips. Add Q-10 Booster to Collagen C Complex in the palm and mix together before applying to the entire face for an anti-oxidant cocktail that any esthetician would envy. Place a few droplets of Protein Lip Plumper on the lips and smooth in. AlphaLipoic A&E Oil should follow these serums and should be used under the eyes to diminish fine lines and dark circles. This anti-aging product should be used as the Preserve Step for all skin types even if you are in your 20’s. There are very few oil glands around the eyes where the skin is the thinnest of all the skin tissue, and since oil production diminishes at puberty wrinkles are soon to follow. Eye creams are not recommended because they contain humectants that could cause water retention under this very thin skin causing eye bags!! . It may also be used around the mouth, on dry cheeks, and down the center of the neck area to prevent wrinkling. It would be impossible for any one serum to contain the nutrients that you can obtain from layering these light serums that penetrate quickly.
Step IV – Protect: Finally, we will use a daytime moisturizer to protect the skin from environmental pollution, dehydration, and the sun. Ultra Aloe Care has AM moisturizers specially formulated with Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s) and Botanical Blends in our concentrated Aloe Vera base to meet the needs of each skin type. Just place a small amount on the forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck and blend into the skin using upward, circular strokes

Evening 5 Minutes
Step I – Cleanse: Please don’t go to bed without cleansing your face. Besides the excretion of perspiration, you have an accumulation of invisible creatures making a home on your face and in your stale makeup. Yuk! Each Ultra Aloe Care cleanser comes with a handy pump extractor. Simply pump a small amount into a warm, wet washcloth and cleanse using small, circular strokes all around the face and neck.. It is best to pat the eye area clean.
We have cleansers for dry,normal, sensitive, and oily skin.
Step II – Balance: I cannot emphasize the importance of this essential step to accomplish re-hydration, re-mineralizing, and pH balancing. This normalizes the skin to receive important night treatments. Simply spray onto forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck and smooth in with fingertips.
Step III – Preserve: Now that the skin is clean and normalized it ready to receive treatment serums. Acid and Enzyme exfoliating serums work best during the resting phase. Simply place a few drops in the palm and spread with fingertips over the entire face avoiding the eye area. These exfoliating serums should only be used every other night or three nights in a row and three nights off. The skin must have time to renew itself after this type of extra exfoliation. During the off nights, use Vitamin serums like Collagen C Complex or Q10 Booster. Age Spot treatments are best used as PM treatments also..Do not use in conjunction with acid serums. Place a few drops over the entire face, chest, arms. and backs of the hands Place extra directly onto serious spots with a Q-tip. Since the skin around the eyes usually shows the first signs of aging, every skin type should always use Alpha Lipoic A&E Oil, if you use nothing else, at this Preserve Step. Our skin is 25% Squalane which is the lipid that keeps our skin supple. Alpha Lipoic A&E Oil is formulated in a base of Squalane extracted from olives it replaces the lipids in the eye area caused from lack of oil production due to the aging process. Step IV – Nourish: Your skin, the largest organ in your body, uses the resting phase to repair and renew itself. While you sleep, blood can now thoroughly flow to the ends of the capillaries feeding the desperate skin cells.
