10 Minutes a Day Keeps Wrinkles Away
Morning (5 minutes)
Step 1 – Exfoliate: Squeeze a nickel sized amount of Honey Jojoba Scrub into hand, then place equal portions of it onto face on forehead, chin, and cheeks. With warm, wet washcloth begin small circular strokes at center of forehead working outward to hairline. Wash cheeks in same manner using small, circular strokes (often referred to as buffing). Continue down each side of nose. Then finally to chin working upward along jawline to ear. Rinse thoroughly. This scrub contains moisturizing Honey and Aloe to make it gentle enough to use every morning. Jojoba beads and Walnut Shells gently buff dead skin accumulated on skin surface (from nightly cellular reproduction). As you age, accumulation of morning dead skin cells cause skin to look rough, patchy and uneven. This can also lead to enlarged or clogged ports. After using Honey Jojoba Scrub your skin feels wonderfully clean, soft, and smooth.
Step II – Balance: Place three or four drops of your Mineral Toner onto a cotton quilted square. Gently wipe across entire face using upward and outward strokes. Allow a few seconds for drying before going to next step. Enjoy the natural gentle fragrance while the minerals penetrate. Every system in your body requires minerals to function properly. Your skin is the largest organ in your body, so don’t leave out this vital step.
Now is the time to use any facial treatments like acne ointments, cellular boosters, or acid solutions before going to next step.
Step III – Preserve: This is the easiest but probably the most important step in your routine because you must preserve the delicate eye tissue and mouth area. Simply dip a cotton Q-tip into the Vitagenic Oil and place droplets around eyes, mouth, center of neck area, and other wrinkled areas. Gently pat with ring finger. Your skin is 25% Squalane, so this very expensive oil extracted from Olives, penetrates rapidly to plump and moisturize the oil depleted areas. Squalane is known for rejuvenating cell membranes and leaves skin smooth and velvety soft.
Step IV – Protect: Now you will protect skin with you’re A.M. Moisturizer. Place a small amount on neck and rub in with upward strokes. This day moisturizer will protect your fact from the harsh elements of the environment with sun screen and essential Fatty Acids while preserving moisture balance.
Evening (5 minutes)
Step 1 – Cleanse: Please don’t go to bed without washing your face. Besides the excretion of perspiration, you have an accumulation of invisible creatures making a home in your stale makeup. Yuk! Squeeze a small amount of cleansing Solution into hand and divide equally around face. With your fingers gently circle eyes to melt eye makeup away. Use a warm, wet washcloth and pat eye area clean. With small circular strokes of your washcloth, finish cleansing face. Rinse thoroughly.
Step II – Balance: Using your Mineral Toner for your skin type, sprinkle three or four drops onto cotton quilted square. Using upward and outward strokes cover entire face with solution. Wait a few seconds for drying.
Again, this is the time to use extra skin treatment before going on to next step.
Step III – Preserve: Using the Vitagenic Eye and Throat Oil, gently pat around eyes, mouth, center or neck and other wrinkled areas. If you do not use a cotton Q-tip for application, but place directly onto fingers for application, make sure they are clean. Contamination of your oil could inhibit its effectiveness. Vitagenic Oil also rejuvenates unhealthy, very dry, or damaged skin. It may be used on cuticles, heels, and elbows with excellent moisturizing effects.
Step IV – Nourish: Finally go to bed with the luxury of knowing that your skin will be nourished and revitalized with the ultimate night treatment. Place on neck and face and gently massage into skin using upward and outward strokes. Never drag or pull skin downward, gravity does enough of that. The antioxidants and moisturizers feed the skin to help produce healthy new cells. The antioxidants also fight skin aging free radicals that damage healthy skin tissue. Cellular activity is naturally increased as we sleep as blood rushes to the outer capillaries while other vital organs rest. The skin, the largest organ, replenishes itself during this rest period, that’s why it is so important to get your “beauty sleep” and nourish you skin as well.
